Trump Signs Minerals Deal With Putin Instead
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered U.S. President Donald Trump a deal on rare earth minerals, conveniently sourced from Russian-occupied Ukrainian territories.
The offer comes hot on the heels of Trump’s abrupt cancellation of a similar arrangement with President Zelensky, who tripped at the last hour before signing a minerals deal with Trump.
