WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald J. Trump kicked off the 4th of July with a military parade.
The Independence Day rolled through the capital with M1 Abrams tanks, F-35 jets, and a marching band. From a podium resembling Mount Rushmore, Trump proclaimed, "This is the greatest Independence Day in history. Nobody celebrates freedom like me."
The parade showcased Navy SEALs parachuting and a 60-foot animatronic bald eagle spraying red, white, and blue glitter.
At publishing time, President Trump said he is planning to remain the President until his death.
