Swarbrick Busted Puffing With Gandalf

HOBBITON — Chloe Swarbrick found herself in a haze after police raided Hobbiton and discovered her smoking weed with Gandalf the Grey, better known for battling Sauron.

The arrest marks the end of a months-long hunt into the wizard’s black-market activities, which authorities say ran parallel to his more publicized efforts to destroy the One Ring and stop Sauron from ruling the world.

“Gandalf is a hero,” said Green Party Co-Leader Chloe Swarbrick. “Do not arrest him. And I need the weed to keep me away from trouble, like shoplifting.”

Police allege Gandalf had been distributing a cannabis across New Zealand’s black market. Swarbrick was apprehended mid-puff, reportedly discussing emissions trading schemes with the wizard.
