Stuff Apologises To Hitler After Comparing Him To Brian Tamaki

NZ — Stuff today issued a formal apology to Adolf Hitler after an article published by their correspondent, Lloyd Burr, drew parallels between Adolf Hitler and Brian Tamaki.

Burr's article highlighted Tamaki’s end game as becoming Hitler and exterminating the gays.

“This is exactly what his endgame is. He wants to become Prime Minister, and then hunt down all the gays, like Hitler hunted down all the European Jews,” claimed Massey University professor Peter Lineham. “Today, it’s just a harmless Haka, but once he gets into power, he will round up the gays in concentration camps.”

However, after the publication, Stuff’s legal team forced Burr to issue an apology to Hitler. "We regret to inform our readers that comparing Brian Tamaki to Hitler was, in fact, a grave insult to Adolf Hitler," Burr stated. "We apologize for suggesting that Hitler's endgame to exterminate the Jews was worse than Brian’s end game. So we apologise to Hitler’s estate.”

At publishing time, the apology was followed by a 3-hour tribute to the great achievements of Hitler on Stuff’s YouTube channel.
