Washington, D.C. — Robert F. Kennedy Jr. apprehended the notorious Fruity Loops mascot, Toucan Sam, on charges of tricking innocent children into consuming artificially dyed cereal.
The operation saw RFK Jr. personally tackle the technicolor bird outside Kellogg’s factory.
