Refs Huddle During National Anthem To Debate who Should Win The Super Bowl

NEW ORLEANS, LA — The referees were spotted forming a huddle right in the middle of the National Anthem, seemingly engaged in a debate over which team deserved to win the big game.

As the anthem's final notes echoed through stadium, the officiating crew was observed in deep discussion, debating whether the Eagles or Chiefs deserve to win.

“Who do you think Trump if cheering?” said one ref. “We should definitely go for the team Trump thinks should win, coz Trump is a winner!”

NFL officials were reportedly caught off-guard, scrambling to come up with a plan B if the refs can’t decide the winner before the game starts. "We've never seen anything like this," confessed an anonymous league official. "We might have to resort to a coin toss or something if they can't decide."
