New Zealand’s economy has clawed its way out of a two-year recession, posting positive growth for the first time. The uptick occured as soon as Prime Minister Christopher Luxon left the country, and the economist predict that the recession will return as soon as Luxon is back in the country.
“It’s almost as if the economy can finally breathe without him micromanaging it into the ground,” said Brad Olsen, sipping on a Redbull while streaming live from his mother’s basement.
