Man Deported To Salvadorian Mega-Prison After Shaving His Head

TECOLUCA, EL SALVADOR — A man was mistakenly arrested by ICE right after leaving a barber shop after shaving his head.

“We thought he looked like the prisoners in the Salvadorian mega-prison where prisoners get their head shaved,” said Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. “It seemed he was getting ready to get arrested and be deported to this prison, and so we picked him up.”
