NZ — Always pushing the boundaries of inclusivity, NZ Fashion Week 2025 will feature fashion straight from the streets.
“With homelessness growing in Auckland, we thought, why not include the homeless, and let them express themselves,” said Yasmin Farry, general manager of NZ Fashion Week.
Film producer Taika Waititi opened the fashion week representing the homeless. “Homelessness is growing to become a cool new trend, and celebrating the homeless, the real people of the streets, is what it is about.”
At publishing time, NZ Fashion Week will also feature child-lovers and minor-attracted-people.
