OSLO — The Nobel Committee announced that it had chosen Hamas to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for their pivotal role in bringing a 3000 year-old conflict to an end.
“Without their courage to act on October 7th, this peace deal would not have been possible,” said Astrid Söderbergh Widding, the Chair on the committee. “Trump was a close second. Ultimately, it was Hamas who was the waarrior on the battlegrounds, which led to an end to the war. It was all Hamas.”
The award ceremony is scheduled for November in Gaza in a tunnel under a hospital. Trump has been invited to attend.
“Shame on the committee,” said President Trump. “They gave it to BARACK.. only 9 months into his first term.. who had done ZERO peace deals… I have done SEVEN.. PEACE.. DEALS. So bad. Very very sad people over in Norway. Losers! ”
At publishing time, the committee has confirmed that Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya has been appointed as the deputy chair of the Nobel Committee.
