WASHINGTON, D.C. — Democrat members of the Armed Services Committee questioned nominee Pete Hegseth to serve as Secretary of Defense after they learned he doesn’t support hiring child groomers.
The disturbing revelation was revealed during the course of this morning’s tense hearing, with Democrats declaring he’s unfit over the fact that Hegseth admitted to not have child groomers working for the Department of Defense.
“How can someone like him be fit to lead out military?” questioned Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. “The position of Secretary of Defense requires someone with inclusive leadership skills, an understanding of real role of military, and experience in recruiting child groomers, I mean men who dress like woman, sorry I mean, excuse me I’m getting confused here but you know what I mean, don’t you?”
Other Democrats shared the same concern. “How many native Indians will you commit to hiring?” asked Senator Elisabeth Warren. “What about Hawaiians? Will you recruit only Hawaiian’s for the bases in Hawaii?” asked Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono? “Sitting here to learn that we are not going to be grooming children to grow up wearing dresses and high heels and then join the military, is frankly shocking,” said Senator Tim Kaine. “Will you fire all the ladyboys currently serving in the military?”
Senator Markwayne Mullin accused Democratic senators of hypocrisy for allegedly cheating on their wives with women, yet not with transgender individuals, while simultaneously advocating for more transgender people in the military.
At publishing time, Democratic members of the committee also raised concerns over Hegseth's christian tattoo asking him if he would remove the tattoo before serving in Trump’s cabinet.
