Co-founders of GruntGPT, Boris and Becker, today unveiled the latest competition to ChatGPT in the San Diego Zoo—a new AI app for chimps.
GruntGPT is designed for chimps to improve their lives by using AI. It also decodes grunts into human languages.
“The coolest feature in this app is that it can translate grunts and different sounds into human language, so humans can finally understand how we feel, and what our views are,” said Boris.
"This is a game-changer," said Elon Musk, who is now considering sending a group of chimps using GruntGPT, alongside Tesla Optimus robots to help colonise Mars.
Boris and Becker, for the first time as chimps, were able to express many concerns their peoples have about humans, “stop comparing us to Indians,” said Boris.
At publishing time, Planet of the Apes movie series has signed a partnership with GruntGPT, to help write the script of their next movie.
