U.S. — Retail chain American Eagle issued a public apology and ditched Sydney Sweeney as an ambassador, replacing her for fat Lizzo.
The new campaign featured Sweeney caused backlash after promoting white skinny gorgeous people have better genes. American Eagle was accused of choosing a young attractive woman, which is frowned upon in the world of fashion, and not trendy at all.
